Express Interest

Discovery Interview
A team leader will reach out within 48 hours for a brief 15-minute conversation to find your best fit.
Orientation & Shadow
Attend a one-time orientation, then shadow your team for your first Sunday before going fully active.
Active in Rotation
You're assigned to a Squad (A, B, C, or D) in the 4-week rotation — 2 Sundays on, 2 Sundays off.
The 4-Week Squad Rotation
We use a 4-squad rotation so no volunteer is overextended. Squads A & C serve on weeks 1 & 3; Squads B & D serve on weeks 2 & 4. This means you serve 2 Sundays per month — and you always know your schedule weeks in advance.
